“Fraternity Education” is the topic of the next KC Panhellenic meeting, March 28, 7 p.m., at St. Peter’s Church, 701 E. Meyer Blvd., Kansas City, Mo. The meeting — open to alum members of all chapters, as well as potential new collegiate members — will focus on recruitment. A panel of recent graduates from various colleges will be on hand to answer questions. Please share this information with any women you know who may be interested in sorority life as they contemplate college.
Next up: The annual KC Panhel meeting is April 27 at Indian Hills Country Club. This event is always fun with the Woman of the Year announcement and great deals you can steal during the annual fundraising silent auction. Tickets are $30, and you can purchase yours by sending your money to Debbi Headley, KCAOII treasurer, who will make our group reservation. Gift offerings
KC Panhel has asked KCAOII to contribute two gift baskets for the silent auction, and we’re gathering goodies for two:
Margarita basket: So far, our basket will include glasses, tequila, mixers, napkins and other related items. We’re now looking for gift cards related to this theme to include.
Chocolate basket: We’re still gathering donations for this goodie basket. Offerings and other suggestions are welcome.
