Happy Hour: March 25, 5-7 p.m. at La Bodega on 119th Street, Leawood, Kansas
Join us for sisterhood, tapas and beverages at La Bodega! We will use this event to collect chocolate items for the Panhellenic Auction and treats for collegians studying for Finals Week at UCM. Please bring a yummy chocolate treat for the auction, a treat to be included in a box to the ladies of the Delta Pi Chapter and enjoy some of La Bodega’s own version of yummy treats with your sisters! Let us know if you’ll be attending!
Extreme Yard Rakeover: April 25, 10 a.m.-Noon
Let’s join together to help Johnson County’s elderly by participating in this year’s Extreme Yard Rakeover! This event has been a worthwhile and fun event that we have enjoyed in previous years. (For more details, check out the main website for the event.)
Last year, Jenny and Gina volunteered as face painters at the event.
Arthritis Walk: Saturday, May 2, 8:30-10 a.m.
The Walk to Cure Arthritis is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide signature event that unites communities across the country to put an end to arthritis. We aren’t just helping the millions of people live better with arthritis pain; we’re funding research that’s moving us closer to a cure. The event is at Worlds of Fun on May 2nd and features a three-mile and one-mile course. We’ll have information about arthritis and fun activities for the entire family. Let’s walk together, support each other and raise funds to find a cure for arthritis! Every step counts, every dollar matters!
