Every year for at least the last 15 years, the Kansas City Alumnae Chapter has held a spring plant sale fundraiser. For the last several years, Greeson Greenhouse in Lone Jack, MO, has been our supplier.
The plant sale order form was included with our recent spring newsletter and was also emailed to members on our email list.
The plant sale fundraiser helps benefit Arthritis Research Foundation, as well as other philanthropic endeavors by our chapter. We donate funds every year to the Greater Kansas City Alumnae Panhellenic scholarship fund, the University of Central Missouri scholarship fund, and other charitable efforts.
There's a variety of flowers available this year, along with the popular tomato plants. We've also added tomato and pepper starters this year.
And, if you order $125 or more, you'll get a free terra cotta planter with geraniums or impatiens!
Orders are due by April 10 to Michele Park.
