 L.A. Hardy has opened for well-known comedians such as: Chris Rock, Damon Wayans, Richard Lewis, Robert Schimmel, Dave Attel, Kathleen Madigan, Tony Rock and George Wallace. He's been seen on MTV, VH1, ABC's "According to Jim" and as the referee on "The Glutton Bowl." He's done stand-up on BET's "ComicView" and appeared in indie films such as "China Dolls," "Footsteps," "The Good Fight," "The Last Angry Black Man" and "Universal Remote" with Charlie Murphy. You also have seen him in national commercials for Blimpie, the NFL, Sears, Sylvan Learning Center, Capital One Credit Card and Febreze.

If you haven't been to Famous Johnny's, it's an intimate place to watch comedy and get up-close-and-personal with the comic. (Or, if you prefer, sit toward the back and remain anonymous!)

The club is located in Overland Park at I-435 and Metcalf behind Hooter's.
